City Meet July 18th-19th

Friday July 18th 11 & Older 8 am (warm ups TBA)

Friday July 18th Distance Events 5 pm (warm ups TBA)

Saturday July 19th 8 am 10 & Under (warm ups TBA)

Swimming Fees:

$5.00 per swimmer + $7.00 for each individual race (up to 3) + $14.00 for each relay (up to 2)

Need fees paid by July 10th at 5pm.

Pay coaches via Venmo, cash, or check accepted. Coaches will turn in all fees on July 11th.

Orders will be distributed at the meet.

We WILL need volunteers. ONE person to help with merch distribution on Friday July 18th during events 1 through 24 and TWO timers for lane 6 on Saturday July 19th for the entire day.

Note to Volunteers: Please arrive in time to set up your space and attend your meeting if you are a timer, runner, or heater/seater. We will hold only one meeting for BOTH first and second shifts at 7:35am. Second shift should be prepared to switch between events 24 and 25 on Friday and events 68 and 69 on Saturday. ALL volunteers are required to sign in at the volunteer station before their shift

Concessions will be available throughout the meet as well as the Kona Ice Truck.

Finally, this will be posted on the HSSL Website as well. As the meet nears, we will send a parent handout with a map and important logistics info (parking, food, etc).
